Hey guys,

Running a store on PrestaShop 1.7.4.0 and hit a roadblock with: Restreindre les modes de paiement en fonction du transporteur ou du groupe de clients.

Default cart and order settings don't allow this kind of rule. Has anyone set this up on their shop?

Our accounting team asked for the exact same thing last month xD We tried hacking an override once, broke right after the first minor update. Let's see what @Milo suggests.

PrestaShop logic at its finest 😃 Hit this wall on PrestaShop 1.7.4.0 as well. Standard back office toggles just don't cover conditional rules like this.

There isn't a single direct toggle for this in PrestaShop 1.7.4.0, but you can often work around it natively:

Check International > Locations or Shop Parameters to verify that groups and zones are mapped correctly.
In Catalog > Discounts (Cart Rules), make sure conditions aren't mutually conflicting with delivery restrictions.
In Design > Positions, verify that checkout modules are placed on the appropriate hooks.

Give this setup a try – in many cases it gets the job done natively without extra overhead.

Followed your steps in the admin panel and it worked! Didn't have to touch any code. Thanks a lot @Milo for the help!
